So we thought we would give the Marks and Spencer pizza mix a go and have a pizza making competition! Here’s how it went:

For the mix all you need is milk and vinegar! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Soo….we make the mix, its a bit gooey, lots of using your hands and its sloshy but eventually (stay with it) you can make a dough ball. This mixture makes 2!

Once you have your two dough balls, simply roll them out into a pizza shape and decorate. We will leave it to you to decide who did theirs best – I tried a pesto base! Just for a change!

I really enjoyed them and thought they were really tasty but if I have to be honest it was a bit annoying to try and roll them out into something resembling a pizza shape as I felt there needed to be a bit more dough. I like a thin pizza but this one was very thin and burnt a little to easy at the sides as a result.

Still on the lookout for my favourite pizza mix.
