Green Risotto

Ingredients:
Garlic - 2 segments.
1 onion
Risotto Rice - a small handful per person
Stock - 1 cube - GF.
Mascarpone
1 Courgette
a small bunch of asparagus
Broccoli - small handful.
Basil
Method:
Fry garlic and onion until soft.
Add risotto rice and a little stock. Keep adding stock until soft - little by little.
Add mascarpone.
Add finely chopped courgette and asparagus mix until soft.
Keep adding stock until soft.
In a separate saucepan steam broccoli to add to top, add parmesan and a leaf of basil
