For a half Italian girl who loves to eat, being told I was allergic to wheat and gluten was a tragedy.

For me, salad is never my first choice. Nor should it be an only choice.

Yet tragically as I turn the pages of Gluten Free recipes books, or menus at local restaurants this is usually the case.

Don’t get me wrong, there is a much improved choice since I was first diagnosed and it is ever expanding! Long may this continue...

I write this Blog to share my Gluten and Wheat Free experiences with those in the same predicament.

My Blog will contain Gluten and Wheat Free Recipes, Reviews, Hints and Tips.

If I am honest, I really had to learn to cook…I don’t think I am a natural….but with the help of my Mamma, Nonna and a lot of “experiments” (namely me crying over gluten free flour just not sticking), I think I am getting there and so I’d love to share.

At the end of the day…why should salad be your only option?
