Mamma Meata what a lovely bolognese.

Bolognese is all about the flavour. ALLL about the flavour. And all about the Mamma Flora pasta with it. https://mammaflora.com/

Ingredients:

  1. 1 onion

  2. 2 cloves of garlic

  3. Minced meat – beef or lamb (more flavour)

  4. Chopped Tomatoes

  5. Tomato puree

  6. Mushrooms

  7. Cherry Tomatoes

  8. Parmesan

  9. Basil

  10. Red wine

Method:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry until brown, not burnt.

  2. Stir in the mince until brown.

  3. Add in the chopped mushrooms.

  4. Add in the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and basil.

  5. Add in a splosh of red wine, the rest is for you to enjoy with the finished result.

  6. Leave this to simmer on a low heat for at least 20-30 mins – more flavour!

  7. Add in a few whole tomatoes.

  8. Serve with Mamma Flora pasta and a sprinkle of parmesan.

  9. Presto!
