Easter Rice Krispies Cakes

A fantastic treat for gluten free young and old! Quick and easy.
Ingredients:
60g unsalted butter.
3 tablespoons of golden syrup.
1 x100g of dark chocolate.
110g of Rice Krispies – I used Nestle Gluten Free
Method:
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a saucepan and stir until melted.
Add in the golden syrup and stir well until fully mixed.
Add in the Rice Krispies and stir until the chocolate covers it all.
Spoon into the bun cases and leave to cool in the fridge for around 10 mins.
Put a drop of either nutella (my personal fave) or melted chocolate on the top.
Finish with a mini egg and an Easter chick (I got mine from Poundland)
