I am going to start telling you all about my favourite items and finds of the month. I am constantly finding new gluten free items and getting all excited by myself – it’s time to share with you lovely lot!

First up this month is….

Co-Operative Sweet and Sour Chicken Ready Meal:

I honestly cannot remember the last time I found a Chinese meal that I could eat and so I was so so excited. This meal did not disappoint! I honestly don’t think that you could tell that it was gluten free!! Tasty! The Co-Op did not used to be my favourite shop for gluten free items – but it is gradually getting better….the dry goods are not so fancy but fresh ready meals are getting really exciting for us gluten free people!

Next up…

GoodLife Falafels:

These were delicious, tasty with a beetroot salad and healthy! Palm oil free too! Would recommend to all!!!  The chickpea, cumin and coriander ones were particularly good!

Aldi Saag Masala:

Exactly what it says on the tin….tasty and aromatic! We loved it! I added extra spinach as I thought it could do with a bit more (boosting iron and all) but it was generally very tasty and cheap too!!!I particularly love the spice lids to add the spice and flavour to the meat before adding the sauce and veg.

Lavolio Nutty Forest:

I absolutely am still in love with these and I had a tin waiting for me this week. Staring at me in the cupboard. BRILLIANT. Think the perfect almond covered mini egg. Insane.

Schar Gluten Free Tempties

These are like gluten free ferrero rochers! So so good but then I am a big chocolate fan. They are very pricey at nearly £2 so I wouldn’t treat myself to these much but….maybe every now and again!

Have a taste of some of the above and please do let me know what you think!!
