Shout out: I love this pizza.

The base is superb. Crispy and thin just the way I like it: made with buckwheat to give it that extra crunch.

The White Rabbit Pizza Co ethos is all about making pizzas for everyone to enjoy and I can safely say as someone who loves food yet often fears being missed out: this is great.

I tried 3 types of pizzas:

  1. Smokin’ Vegan – vegan, gluten free, stone-baked and hand-topped with Mediterranean goodies…what more could you want? Garnished with Greek olives, Sicilian tomatoes and spinach.

  1. Viva La Vegan – Pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and vegan mozzarella (which was superb).

  1. Nudies – These are plain pizza bases which come in a pack of 2! Decorate them yourselves!  Organic ingredients really help create a thin crispy base (proper stone-baked Italian style). I decorated one with cheese (galbani mmmmmm) and the other with santini tomatoes. Can’t wait to try these with the courgettes and basil I’ve been growing in the garden!!

I tried all the options I could find in my local stockists -Sainsburys and Waitrose – but I am very keen to try out the other flavours: Chorizo, Ham and Mushroom and Mozzarella! Just have to get my hands on them!!!

Thank you Teo, Nick and Josh – finally a gluten free pizza I can thoroughly enjoy at home!
