My beautiful friend Emily sent us some brownies in the post this month and I just had to share with you how amazing they were!

A smile spread right across my face getting this package of joy. They are so beautifully presented, packaged up with ribbon and a little handwritten note. Peeling back the paper, I uncovered some perfect creme egg brownies…OH MY GOD.

Firstly, they smell lush. So fresh too, despite having travelled in the post to me. And surprisingly held together, no crumbs to be seen.

Finally, they tasted INSANE. Biting into the brownie you are met with a crunch of a top layer which then melts into a perfect gooey brownie texture. Oh so good. And well, we all love a creme egg don’t we!
