  1. Food Voucher: How about a £10/£20 voucher for a meal out. They can spend it with family and friends and isn’t Christmas a time for giving? My favourites this year have been PHO, Rockfish and The Stable!

2. Mamma Flora Pasta: This pasta is amazing, homemade and tastes like the real deal. A fiver a bag isn’t bad too! A Gluten Free Christmas Hamper is also available online alongside a “buy pasta and pesto deal” for £10!

3. Tempties: These are delicious. Just like the gluten free version of Ferrero Rocher ! I’m sure your gluten free pal would love these whether they have been naughty or nice!

5. These are flat out amazing with a cup of tea! Tuck some of these melt in the mouth short-breads into the stocking for your gluten free friend to enjoy with their Christmas brew.

7. Subscription to a Gluten Free Magazine: The gift that keeps on giving all year round! You may even get a free gift with your subscription like this one here, a favourite of mine as a subscriber myself: https://www.freefromheaven.com/subscribe/

9. A recipe book to add to their collection. I love a new recipe book! My favourite two are “Gluten is my bitch” and “Gloriously Gluten Free”. Alternatively, a new set of cooking utensils (I like the rubber ones, as shown, as they are easy to clean and stop contamination) or some cake tins (like these beautiful Orla Kiely ones).

10. Wine: How about a mini bottle of wine to pop in the stocking so they can enjoy with some pasta and pesto as shown? Plus….red wine is warming when it’s cold out there!
