Yes, it is all very easy to start them and I am the first to be naughty and break them but I really am going to try and eat better this year.

My motivation is super exciting!! I am getting married this year! This means making sure I fit into the dress I bought last year….which I am in love with and do not want to swap for the worldd! What a motivation! I am sure you too will have a motivation which can help you stay trim…whether it’s to make yourself more confident or simply to soothe a post Christmas belly.

So….I thought I’d let you know my short 5 goals (because if I share them, I can’t go back on them) and because I thought it may also give you some inspiration!

  1. Don’t just eat because you are bored. New mantra: You aren’t bored…you have plenty to do. Are you hungry? If the answer is yes, could it be something healthier? Swapping that biscuit for a banana!

  2. Cook from scratch – this is mainly to inspire me to build on my blog and finally make me use my pasta maker (a pressie from last Christmas) however it is also great from a gluten free prospective in that I know exactly what I am putting into my food.

  3. Try out more recipes from my extensive gluten free book collection!!!

  4. Blog at least 3 times a month!

  5. 1 chocolate item a week – this is what lets me down, always. I am really going to try this year….I have today eaten the last bit of Christmas chocolate and I am just not going to buy anymore.

Done. I am going to come back to these and see how well I have done at the end of the year. Let’s aim to smash this!!!!
