  1. Your shopping bill will go up!

For some reason supermarkets think they can slap a big price tag on some wheat               free bread because apparently having a dietary requirement should mean you pay             more – so unfair!

     2. You get very inquisitive friends.

Questions like “what would happen if I fed you wheat?”, “can you not just eat a bit?”           and “oh I was thinking of trying that to lose weight, does it work?” will flood in.

     3. You lose weight…for a bit.

When I found out I was gluten free I lost a lot of weight…mainly through my                         dramatic mindset of “I can eat nothing…literally nothing!” but once I found my feet           I started to re-gain the weight and go back to my normal size.

    4. You will get so excited…and I mean I constantly let out little screams …when                you find new gluten free products.

Ahhhhh gluten free chocolate cakes, ahhhh gluten free seeded wraps, ahhh gluten             free gnocchi.

     5. People will think you are just trying to be hipster.

Trust me….I am not doing this to be trendy!

     6. You will learn to love naturally gluten free food.

It’s healthier for you, cheaper and easier to locate in the supermarket!

     7. Google will be your new friend.

FAQs on gluten free brands, last minute searches on what alcohol is gluten free and            a quick search for the closest gluten free restaurant.

    8. You will learn to hate major manufacturers.

Why, why did you have to make this tasty food in a factory that contains                               wheat and gluten?!

    9. You will become a label lady.

Scouring through the label in the middle of the aisle…does it have wheat? does it                 have wheat? Please don’t have wheat!

   10. You will realise that some of the best things are gluten free…

Nutella, Rum, Risotto.
